Overview
The second season of Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside follows the continued peaceful life of Red and Rit in the remote town of Zoltan. After the intense battles of the first season, Red’s sister, Ruti, has also joined them to enjoy a life free from her "Hero" blessing.
However, their tranquility is threatened by the arrival of Van, a new "Hero" with a fundamentalist mindset. Van believes in a heartless version of justice, often executing those he deems evil to grow stronger. This new conflict forces Red and his companions to defend their slow-life sanctuary against a hero who lacks the compassion Ruti once struggled to maintain.

Synopsis
After the intense events of the first season, Red and Rit continue their peaceful slow-life running an apothecary in the frontier town of Zoltan. They are now joined by Red’s sister, Ruti, who has finally been freed from the emotional constraints of her "Hero" blessing and seeks to discover her own humanity alongside her brother.
However, their tranquility is short-lived when a new "Hero" named Van appears. Unlike Ruti, Van is a fundamentalist who strictly follows his divine blessing, dispensing a cold and often heartless version of justice that threatens the sanctuary Red has built. To protect their home and Ruti's newfound freedom, Red and his companions must once again confront the world's rigid systems of "Blessings" and "Divine Protection".
