Synopsis 

Burn the Witch Season 1, a 3-episode anime series, follows two witches, Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole, who are agents of Wing Bind, a magical organization that manages dragons in Reverse London. In this hidden, reverse side of London, dragons are the cause of 72% of all deaths in the "real" London, though most people are unaware of their existence. Noel and Ninny's job is to protect and manage these dragons. The story also introduces Dragonclads, individuals who have a unique connection with dragons, and focuses on one named Balgo Parks, whom the elite deem too dangerous to be free.
