Synopsis
The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a kind-hearted boy whose life is shattered when a demon slaughters his family, leaving only his sister Nezuko alive—albeit transformed into a demon herself. Determined to find a cure and avenge his family, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps. Alongside the cowardly yet powerful Zenitsu Agatsuma and the boar-masked Inosuke Hashibira, Tanjiro faces increasingly lethal threats from the Twelve Kizuki, the elite subordinates of the demon progenitor, Muzan Kibutsuji. After surviving the harrowing battles on Mount Natagumo, the trio undergoes rigorous training at the Butterfly Mansion. Season 2 elevates the conflict as they join the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, aboard a nightmare-inducing train, leading to a tragic confrontation. The journey then takes them to Yoshiwara’s red-light district. Teaming up with the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, the slayers infiltrate the city to hunt a hidden Upper Rank demon.
