Synopsis
Following the devastating battle in Yoshiwara, Tanjiro Kamado travels to the hidden Swordsmith Village to repair his severely damaged Nichirin sword. Since his smith, Hotaru Haganezuka, is weary of Tanjiro's repeated weapon breakages, Tanjiro hopes to mend the relationship while seeking a new blade. During his stay, he encounters the stoic Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, and the enthusiastic Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji. However, the village’s sanctuary is violated when Muzan Kibutsuji sends Upper Rank Four, Hantengu, and Upper Rank Five, Gyokko, to dismantle the Demon Slayer Corps' logistical heart. As the village falls under siege, the Hashira and Tanjiro must engage in a desperate struggle against Hantengu’s multiple emotional manifestations and Gyokko’s grotesque art-based assaults. The conflict forces the combatants to push past their physical limits, leading to the awakening of mysterious marks that grant enhanced power.
