Synopsis
Kamome Academy is famous for its Seven Wonders, the most notorious being Hanako-san, a spirit rumored to inhabit the third-floor girls' bathroom and grant any wish for a price. Nene Yashiro, a hopeless romantic high school student seeking love, decides to summon the spirit but is shocked to discover that Hanako-san is actually a boy. After a series of unfortunate events involving a mermaid's curse, Nene becomes Hanako’s human assistant, bound to him in a supernatural contract. As she navigates her new life, she is thrust into the dangerous world of apparitions, tasked with maintaining the balance between the living and the dead. Alongside Hanako and a young exorcist named Kou Minamoto, Nene investigates the other Seven Wonders, each guarding a specific territory within the school. However, she soon realizes that Hanako’s playful demeanor hides a dark, tragic past involving his twin brother, Tsukasa. As sinister rumors begin to distort the school's spirits into aggressive monsters, the trio must uncover the truth behind the malevolent force manipulating the school's legends and face the reality that some ghosts are far more dangerous than the stories suggest.
