Synopsis
The story resumes at Kamome Academy, where the line between the living and the supernatural continues to blur. Nene Yashiro, a high schooler tethered to the ghost of Hanako-kun, finds herself further entangled in the dangerous world of the Seven Wonders. After surviving the traumatic encounter within the 'Hell of Mirrors,' Nene and the young exorcist Kou Minamoto realize that the rumors shifting the school’s supernatural landscape are being manipulated by a sinister force from within. This season follows the trio as they navigate the fallout of Mitsuba’s transformation and face the consequences of messing with the school's boundaries. The conflict intensifies as Tsukasa, Hanako’s twin brother, ramps up his chaotic interference, leading Nene to a mysterious tea party hosted by Sakura Nanamine. Here, truths about the school’s history and Hanako’s previous life as Amane Yugi begin to surface. As Nene grapples with her limited lifespan and the weight of Hanako’s secrets, the group must confront the 'Clock Keepers,' the supernatural entity governing time itself.
